Scratch field

In order to protect secret information (like PIN/ PAN) from unauthorized access, it is covered with a scratch field. This can be a self-adhesive scratch label which has been applied on top of the secret no. or a scratch foil which has been applied with a heated stamp tool (hotstamp) and  holographic layer, or scratch off silver latex panel with customized overprint.

Both versions can be individually designed in terms of size, colours and additional security features, one of which is thermochromic ink on the scratch label reacting to change in a defined temperature range.

Also, the use of a holographic scratch label or foil, which can contain customer-specific logos or layouts, is possible.
